Food as Medicine

Mark your calendar now, we have a treat in store on Thursday August 10th in Ashhurst!

We are excited to have Mark Christensen coming to speak in a talk entitled - Food as Medicine.  Mark is research director at The Heritage Food Crops Research Trust which is a charitable trust, established to research the early prevention and treatment of disease through the medicinal properties of plant-based food and natural plant-based medicine.

Mark is bringing heritage seeds and some Monty's Surprise trees to give away.  

This will be a popular event, please arrive in time to be seated by 7pm.

Mark's lecture will be held at St Mary's Church Hall, Cambridge Ave, Ashhurst at 7.00pm.  A koha is appreciated.  Supper will be served
